ISSUES WITH MY ORDER
01. What is included in the price?
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. However, they do not include Delivery fees, it’s details are listed separately.
02. I would like to buy an item that it is not available?
Items that are not in stock on the online store are not normally shown as available for purchase.
03. How to register on myspringfiel.ae?
To register, go to “Register” link in the top right corner of the page. It's simple - all you need to do to create your new myspringfiel.ae account is fill in some personal details.

04. How to change your details and stop receiving communications?
Login on myspringfiel.ae and go to 'My Account' at the top right corner of the page, and select 'Edit my details”you can amend any details you need to.
If you want to stop receiving our email communications, just go to 'My Account', select 'Edit my details' and uncheck the 'I want to receive the latest from Springfield by email' box at the bottom of the page.
05. How do I change my e-mail address and/or password?
You can update your e-mail address and / or password by clicking on My Account, which you can find at the top right corner of the page. You will be asked to sign-in and then you can click “Edit my details”
to update your information.
06. I’ve’ forgotten my password. What should I do?
If you've forgotten your password, just click 'Login' at the top right corner of the page, and then click 'I've forgotten my password'. Enter your email address and we'll send you an email to reset your password.
07. How do I place an order online?
● To shop with us, visit myspringfiel.ae and browse through our different categories. When you find an item you like, select the size, colour, and quantity you want then click the ‘Add to bag’ button.
● You can see that the item has been added successfully to your ‘Shopping Bag’ when it drops down from the upper right hand corner of the site.You can now continue shopping or click on ‘Checkout’ in the dropdown Shopping Bag.
● After reviewing your items on the ‘Your cart’ page and adding active promotional vouchers you may have, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
● Once you reach the checkout page you can either sign into your account if you have it already or checkout as a guest. In all cases you will be asked to enter your name, address, and telephone number, also you have the option to save your information for next time.
● At checkout, you will also be able to pay for customs duties and taxes if applicable.
● After you have completed all the sections simply click ‘Pay Now’. An email confirming your order with Springfield will be sent to you.

If you're not sure what size you are, each item has a size guide for different product categories which can help you decide. It's that easy!
09. Payment error

10. Fraudulent use of your card
If you think your suspect your card has been used in a fraudulent way, you should let us know as soon as possible by emailing our Customer Service department at email@example.com or call us at +971 54 994 5442
11. Can I return items?
Yes you can and returns are free, for returnable items only during the return period. Return and exchange is not applicable on undergarments and products that are part of clearance sale. 12. Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
Once Springfield has received your return and it complies with our Returns Policy , we will refund you the money back as per your payment method, if you have paid using COD you have to fill out the COD refund form. The money will be refunded back to your bank account, this may take up to 14 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will be refunded the full value of your purchase minus the shipping costs as well, clearance and handling fees which are non-refundable since they are paid to third parties.
13. Exchanges and Refunds: Not permitted

14. Is my package insured?
All orders are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Springfield to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged package.

16. How do I determine the shipping charges on my order?
*Free standard shipping on all orders of AED 100 or more.

● Springfield reserves the right to modify shipping fees at anytime without notice.
● The purchased items will be shipped as soon as possible once the order is processed. Processing and delivery times may vary according to the shipping address and product availability. The estimated delivery dates are calculated from the moment the products leave Springfield's warehouse.
● Delivery of products is subject to the rules and regulations of the shipping company and those related to signature attesting to the receipt of the goods. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the tracking and pick up of products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company will be your responsibility.
● Unfortunately, we do not currently provide delivery to addresses outside of United Arab Emirates.
17. How soon will I receive my order?
Springfield Orders generally deliver the orders on the same day within Dubai and between 3-4 working days outside Dubai from time of ordering (this may take a bit longer during sale periods, and special occasions) unless otherwise stated on the Site. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only.
18. Can I ship to an address different than my billing address?
Yes you can. Just enter the address you want to ship to in the shipping address fields at checkout.

21. • B) WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RECEIVE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
The number of items on sale are those estimated to be in stock at that given point in time. Springfield will do everything in our power to supply all items ordered by all customers. However, certain cases may arise where, due to causes beyond Springfield control like human errors or IT system incidents, we might be unable to provide an item(s) you ordered.
If an item is not available after an order has been placed, you will be duly notified via email or telephone or SMS. And you will be entitled to a partial or full cancellation of that order.

22. How do I know if ordering online is secure?
